Dr. Santosh Kumar Mondal is a UGC Research Scholar and a distinguished academic personality in Bengali language and literature. He has served as a Lecturer at Sarojini Naidu College for Women, Rabindra Bharati University, and Vidyasagar University. Additionally, he is a trainer for NET, SET, PSC, and SLST examinations and has authored several significant books on related subjects.

He completed his higher education in Bengali language and literature from Rabindra Bharati University. Over the years, he has made significant contributions to the field of Bengali literature and education through his extensive research and writing. Dr. Mandal has authored and edited several notable books on Bengali literature, language, grammar, and culture.
